We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, USA. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for utilizing your technical knowledge and proficiency in architectural design software to assist in the creation of innovative and sustainable building designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed architectural drawings and designs
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to create accurate 2D and 3D models
- Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Participate in site visits to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve design processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
