Barista at a Coffee Shop in Alta, Norway

We are hiring an experienced Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in the beautiful city of Alta, Norway. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista and be passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies
- Ensure quality control by following recipes, measuring ingredients accurately, and properly steaming milk
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Restock supplies as needed
- Assist with food preparation and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus tips. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for international applicants.
