Entry-Level Barista in Alta, Norway

We are hiring an entry-level Barista to join our team at a coffee shop in Alta, Norway. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. No prior experience is required, as we provide on-the-job training. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals looking to gain experience in the coffee industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea-based drinks
- Take customer orders and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Norway (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of coffee making equipment (espresso machine, grinder)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
