Senior Android Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team in Herning, Denmark. As a Senior Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. This position requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Use best practices to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in the existing codebase
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Android development
- Proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Extensive experience with Android SDK, third-party libraries, and APIs
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cross-platform development using React Native or Flutter
- Familiarity with Git version control system
- Knowledge of Material Design guidelines
