Head Baker


We are a well-established bakery in Sharjah looking for a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our baking operations, from creating and testing new recipes to managing inventory and supervising junior bakers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new recipes for breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Supervise and train junior bakers on baking techniques and recipe execution
- Manage inventory levels to ensure proper stock of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain high quality standards by consistently producing delicious and visually appealing baked goods
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the bakery
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special orders for events or holidays
- Monitor equipment performance and arrange for repairs when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of different baking methods, ingredients, and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Good communication skills in English
- Must have own valid visa
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
