We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Medina. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality dishes that meet our guests' expectations. Your creativity, leadership, and attention to detail will be vital in ensuring the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Develop new menu items that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special event menus
- Monitor food costs to ensure profitability without compromising on quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and innovations in the culinary world

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, cooking methods, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English are required for this position
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality
- Degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred but not required
- Must have own visa/work permit for employment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
