Rental Coordinator
The Rental Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating rental operations for our company in Mombasa. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the rental industry and be comfortable working with Indian nationals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the rental process, including booking reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the rental team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of rental equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate maintenance of equipment as needed.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Provide guidance and support to part-time staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the rental industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English, additional languages such as Hindi or Gujarati is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience working with Indian nationals preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month.

Mombasa, Kenya
