Part-Time Administrator
Location: Almada, Portugal
We are seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person or department
- Responding to emails and managing correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies when needed
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Filing and organizing documents and records
- Handling basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
