Industrial Architect - Contract Position (Roskilde, Denmark)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Roskilde, Denmark. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This role requires strong technical knowledge, creative thinking, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring that all work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor progress on construction sites and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct site visits to evaluate existing buildings or potential locations for new projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of industrial building materials, construction techniques, and building codes/regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Denmark.

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
