Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in Vianden. Your main goal will be to increase company revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, budgets, and projections for senior management
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the sales field
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
- Experience in market analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
