Rental Coordinator (Indian Nationals) in Pula, Croatia


We are a rental company based in Pula, Croatia and we are seeking a highly motivated Rental Coordinator to join our team. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our rental business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the rental process from start to finish including reservations, contracts, payments, and returns
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Keep track of inventory levels and ensure vehicles are maintained and ready for rental
- Create and maintain relationships with local businesses to promote our services
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all rental transactions are accurately recorded and processed in our system
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly to maximize profitability

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience in a similar role within the car rental industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic accounting principles
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
