Job Title: IT Support Specialist



We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Karachi. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients with computer systems, hardware, and software issues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients with computer hardware and software problems
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and software
- Maintain and update company databases
- Perform system backups and recovery operations
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or in person
- Train clients on how to use new systems or software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network security protocols and tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech savvy individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Karachi (all nationalities welcome)
