Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients and ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other key industry partners
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and provide accurate information on hotel services, rates, availability, and packages
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients for long-term bookings
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and revenue management to create attractive packages and promotions to increase sales
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of the local market trends and industry contacts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel when required
