Office Manager in Porto, Portugal
As an Office Manager in our dynamic and growing company based in Porto, Portugal, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain office supplies by ordering and restocking as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Keep track of employee attendance and time off requests
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate with IT department to ensure smooth functioning of office equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience managing a team is a plus
