Job Title: Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will use your expertise in architectural principles and building codes to create safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces for various industries. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop plans for industrial buildings and structures according to client needs
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful execution of projects
- Analyze site conditions and make recommendations for optimal use of space
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to plans
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to specifications

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and accuracy in design work
