Job Title: Part-Time Turner in Greenland

Our metal fabrication company in Greenland is seeking a skilled and experienced Turner to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating various machines and tools to shape, cut, and create metal parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Set up and adjust machines to perform specific tasks
- Operate lathes, grinders, drills, and other machinery to cut, shape, and finish metal parts
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to operate various machines and tools with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Greenlandic or Danish is a plus)
