Land Surveyor for Construction Projects in Horsens

As a Land Surveyor for our construction projects in Horsens, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine property boundaries and create accurate maps. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that construction projects are carried out efficiently and accurately, while adhering to all legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to establish property boundaries, locations of buildings, and other features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and aerial photography to collect data
- Analyze data to prepare detailed maps, reports, and legal documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy of project plans
- Adhere to all local laws, regulations, and surveying standards
- Keep accurate records of survey data and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a land surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
