Project Manager (English Speaking) - Siauliai, Lithuania


We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager who is fluent in English to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Previous experience as a Project Manager is required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute project plans according to established timelines and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and team members effectively and efficiently
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide updates on project status and address any issues that may arise
- Create project reports and present them to upper management as needed
