Facade Technician

A reputable construction company in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facade systems and components, as well as experience in installation, maintenance, and repair. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain facade systems according to plans and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or needed repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems with the facade system
- Communicate with clients and project managers regarding progress and any necessary changes
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets industry standards
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used for each project

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in facade installation, maintenance, or repair
- Strong knowledge of different types of facades including glass, metal panels, cladding systems, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if necessary

Salary: $1600 per month with the possibility for bonuses based on performance.

Location: Las Vegas. This job is open to all nationalities. We also provide accommodation for our employees.

Note: This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the construction industry. No prior English language skills are required. Preference will be given to Malayalees.
