Turner - Metal Machinist


We are looking for a skilled Turner - Metal Machinist to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various metal turning machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC turning machines to perform machining operations on metal parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications and dimensions of parts
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Make necessary adjustments to machines to ensure accuracy of cuts and dimensions
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Turner or Metal Machinist
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with various turning machines such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work within tight tolerances
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must have basic knowledge of metallurgy and different types of metals used in manufacturing processes

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad. Candidates must have their own visa.
