A leading architecture firm in Alta, Norway is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your expertise and creativity will be critical in designing and implementing innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that align with their vision
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and research to gather necessary information for project development
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and ensure quality control throughout the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit; knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
