We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Vianden. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and construction of various architectural projects. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with excellent technical skills and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess existing conditions
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and other technical documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors
- Stay updated on new technologies and materials in the field of architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary: 1500$ per month

City: Vianden
