Experienced Baker

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our fast-paced bakery in Eldoret. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, and cakes. You must have previous experience working in a bakery and have a strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients. This is an urgent role and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. Please note that this is a job for Indians who are fluent in English and able to work without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate pastries and cakes with icing, glazes, or toppings
- Ensure the cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Follow food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Baker in a bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and measurements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in decorating baked goods
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Must be able to work without accommodation

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
