We are searching for an experienced and creative Baker to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of our baked goods and ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes
- Decorate and present finished products
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new bakers on baking techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flour, doughs, fillings, and icings
- Creativity and attention to detail for decorating baked goods
- Familiarity with baking equipment and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Good time management skills to ensure products are completed on time

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1100 per month.

Nationality/Location Preference:
We welcome candidates from Pakistan or Nepal who are interested in working in Eldoret, Kenya. This position also includes free visa sponsorship and airfare.
