Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients through online communication channels. Your main role will be to assist clients in making informed decisions by providing accurate and relevant information about our products or services. You will also be responsible for resolving any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, or social media
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
- Assist clients in navigating our website and placing orders
- Respond promptly and professionally to any customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the online customer experience

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communication platforms
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Location: Multan, Pakistan
Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
