Head Baker - Multan, Pakistan

As the Head Baker, you will oversee the entire baking process in our busy bakery in Multan. Your responsibilities will include creating and testing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, supervising baking staff, and ensuring high-quality products are consistently produced. You must have a strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients, as well as experience in managing a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we prefer candidates who already hold their own visa for employment in Pakistan. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new recipes for our bakery's menu
- Test and adjust existing recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Train and supervise baking staff to ensure proper techniques are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery
- Ensure all products meet our high-quality standards before being sold
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate orders and deliveries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create unique recipes while also following established ones
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Availability to work full-time, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
