Entry Level QA Engineer - Alta, Norway


We are currently seeking an Entry Level QA Engineer to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating software products to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements. This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing of software products
- Create and execute test plans and test cases
- Identify and report defects found during testing
- Work closely with developers to resolve any issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python
- Previous experience in QA testing is a plus, but not required
