Solar Installer - Entry Level


We are currently seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Solar Installer. As an entry level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the renewable energy industry.

As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting our team in installing solar panels and equipment on residential and commercial properties in Alta. This will involve working outdoors in various weather conditions, using hand and power tools, and following safety protocols to ensure a successful installation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of solar panels and equipment according to project plans and specifications
- Prepare job site by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other necessary equipment
- Use hand and power tools to secure solar panels onto roofs or structures
- Ensure proper wiring and connections are made between panels, inverters, batteries, and other components
- Follow safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
- Willingness to learn about renewable energy systems and technologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully

Salary:
Starting salary for this entry level position is $1200 per month. Salary may increase based on performance and experience.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Alta. Preference will be given to candidates who are local or willing to relocate.
