Junior Commercial Architect



As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and designers to assist in the planning, designing, and construction of commercial buildings in Copenhagen. Your main responsibility will be to support the team in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Assist in conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance in design plans
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and proposals
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Support project management by tracking project progress, budget, and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (or currently pursuing degree)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Basic understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as take direction from senior architects
