Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Bansko is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of the construction project from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the job site including managing subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Manage project changes and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Ensure all necessary permits are obtained and inspections are completed in a timely manner
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. This position does not include accommodation but offers free visa sponsorship and travel tickets for Indian candidates.
