Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Bansko. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project budgets and expenses, including negotiating contracts and change orders
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on job sites
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may impact project timelines or budgets
- Lead a team of construction professionals to ensure efficient and effective project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members at all levels
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with budgeting software/tools
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Work Schedule: Full-time position
