Sales Manager - Lahore, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products/services
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze data/metrics to make informed decisions
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
