Job Title: Mason

We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our team in Bergen. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, concrete, and other materials. Your main duties will include laying out and cutting materials according to blueprints or plans, mixing mortar or concrete, and using hand and power tools to shape and smooth surfaces.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Mason and possess excellent craftsmanship skills. You must also be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. A biometric passport is required for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or plans to determine materials needed
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to specifications
- Cut or break bricks and stones using hammers, chisels, or power tools
- Mix mortar or concrete based on proportions
- Spread mortar or cement evenly over surfaces using trowels
- Use levels and plumb lines to ensure the accuracy of work being done
- Repair existing masonry structures by replacing broken or damaged bricks/stone pieces
- Clean up job sites after completing work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mason
- Excellent craftsmanship skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to read blueprints/plans and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with hand/power tools used in masonry work
- Biometric passport for all nationalities
