Office Assistant - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet clients and visitors
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Manage office filing systems
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, including reports and presentations
- Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: 1700$ per month
