Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Balzers, Liechtenstein

Our architecture firm in Balzers is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, including drafting plans, creating 3D models, and coordinating with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential or commercial architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software, and a strong attention to detail. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in residential or commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Fluency in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and development of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects
- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
- Create 3D models for presentations and client approval
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
