Architectural Technologist - Balzers, Liechtenstein



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, utilizing your expertise in both technical and creative aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to create detailed designs and construction plans for various projects
- Utilize AutoCAD and other software to produce accurate drawings and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility of designs and monitor construction progress
- Prepare detailed specifications, material lists, and cost estimates for projects
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, standards, and regulations
- Research new materials and construction methods to improve project efficiency and sustainability
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design or drafting
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Balzers, Liechtenstein.
