Contract Glazier in Khanpur


We are currently hiring a skilled Glazier to join our team on a contract basis in Khanpur. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass in various structures, such as buildings, storefronts, and homes. You must have prior experience in the glazing industry and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to fit specific dimensions
- Install glass into frames using putty, rubber gaskets, or metal clips
- Replace broken or cracked glass
- Remove old or broken glass using tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, and heat guns
- Ensure proper sealing and insulation around the edges of the glass
- Install weatherproofing materials to prevent leaks
- Repair or replace damaged frames or supports
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role
- Proficient in measuring and cutting glass to fit specific dimensions
- Knowledge of different types of glass and their properties
- Familiarity with various tools used for glazing work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work on ladders or scaffolding
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Additional Requirements:
This is a contract position that requires the candidate to have their own tools. Accommodation will be provided by the company. The candidate must also have a valid visa and be able to provide their own transportation.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
