Commercial Architect

A prestigious architecture firm in Monte-Carlo is seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and functional commercial spaces, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for their commercial space
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and project management skills

This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, as well as accommodation. Biometric passport is preferred but not required. Both men and women are encouraged to apply.
