We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our restaurant. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
- Train new pastry cooks on recipes, techniques, and kitchen procedures.
- Develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients or customer feedback.
- Monitor food costs to maintain profitability without sacrificing quality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
- Creativity in designing new desserts or adapting existing recipes.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders at once.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with other kitchen staff.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.
- Relevant certification or training in baking or pastry arts is an advantage.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Copenhagen or willing to relocate.
