Online Consultant - Aarhus, Denmark
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. Your main role will be to assist clients with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have. This is a contract position based in Aarhus, Denmark with a salary of 900$.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to assist clients effectively
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience
- Document all client interactions accurately in the system
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an online consultant or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with online communication platforms such as chat and email
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office, internet research, and data entry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with CRM systems or helpdesk software
- Knowledge of e-commerce industry and trends
