Online Consultant - Part Time (Aarhus, Denmark)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis in Aarhus, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our online clients. Your main role will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers' needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team.
- Understand our products and services thoroughly in order to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and updates in order to best serve our customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or online consulting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility with working hours including weekends.

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.
