Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Aarhus. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for a variety of projects. Your main goal will be to create functional, safe, and aesthetically appealing designs that meet our clients' needs and vision.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and vision
- Develop schematic designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models using design software
- Create accurate cost estimates for materials and labor
- Ensure all designs meet building codes, safety standards, and client specifications
- Work closely with contractors to ensure successful execution of designs during construction phase
- Continuously research new materials, techniques, and technologies to incorporate into designs
