Office Administrator
We are hiring an Office Administrator to join our team in Salalah. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Prepare and manage documents, such as reports, presentations, and memos
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the team
- Assist in budget planning and tracking expenses
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Handle travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in budget management is a plus
- Knowledge of basic HR processes is preferred
Salary: 1800$ per month
Location: Salalah
