We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions about product placement. Your creativity and ability to spot emerging trends will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute attractive product displays that promote sales and enhance the customer experience
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked in a timely manner
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization of product placement
- Collaborate with the buying team to select new products that align with customer preferences
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for new products
- Train and supervise junior merchandising staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1600 per month
