We are a reputable painting company located in Chelyabinsk, seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring quality workmanship on every project.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, and filling holes as needed
- Mix and match paint to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply paint using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Protect surrounding areas from paint spills or splatters
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional Painter
- Good knowledge of painting techniques and equipment operation
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Physical strength and stamina to work on ladders or scaffolding for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Pakistanis (visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens)
