Office Administrator
We are a dynamic and growing company in need of a skilled Office Administrator to join our team in Ashdod. This is a full-time position, suitable for individuals with or without experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Manage schedules and appointments for employees and clients
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files for the organization
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem solver with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
