Part-Time Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Faro. As a part-time Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team in achieving set goals and objectives. Your main responsibilities will include delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, monitoring team performance, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks to team members based on their strengths and skills
- Provide guidance and support to team members when needed
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, issues, and solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Develop training programs for new team members
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
