Hotel Sales Manager



We are currently hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Greenland. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them through regular communication and meetings
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions for the hotel
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Develop pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market while maximizing profits
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Greenland
