Hotel Sales Manager - Greenland

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of our hotel in Greenland. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, increase revenue, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for all segments, including corporate, leisure, groups, and events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build relationships with key clients and partners to generate new business leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress towards goals.
- Conduct site visits and attend trade shows to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
- Train and motivate the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions based on it.
- Experience in developing marketing plans and implementing successful campaigns.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
