Plasterer for Renovation Projects in Lahore


We are a leading renovation company in Lahore and we are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in order to create a smooth and even finish. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working as a Plasterer, with expertise in both traditional and modern plastering techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents
- Mix and apply various types of plaster according to project specifications
- Use hand tools or machines to apply plaster evenly and smoothly
- Create decorative textures or patterns on the surface of the plaster
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plasterwork
- Ensure that all work is completed within budget and on schedule
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Plasterer
- Knowledge of traditional and modern plastering techniques
- Ability to read blueprints or project plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina for extended periods of standing, climbing, bending, and reaching
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferences:
While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, we prefer candidates who are already based in Lahore or its surrounding areas. This is not a requirement, but it would make it easier for the candidate to commute to our project sites.
